Return and Refund Policy
At Chroma Design, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that you'll love. However, please note that we currently do not accept returns.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the defect. We will assess the issue and, if deemed defective, offer a replacement or a refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Cancellations:
- Order cancellations may be possible within 3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once your order has entered the production phase, we may be unable to cancel it.
Important Considerations:
- Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and color options before placing your order.
- Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor variations.
- We are committed to resolving any issues related to defective or incorrect items. Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
