How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 7-12 business days after the production time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price of all apparel. Shipping costs for prints are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
Where do you ship?
Our shipping options vary slightly depending on the product type. All of our apparel products ship to 28 countries, and you'll find the complete list of eligible countries during the checkout process.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
What happens if my package is delayed?
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders require a production time of 1-2 business days before they are shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Currently, we do not accept returns.
When can I get a refund?
Refunds will only be issued for defective items or if you receive an incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations may be possible within 3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

What are your shirts made of?
Our shirts are crafted from premium-quality 100% combed cotton.
What are the features of your shirts?
Each shirt is designed with a boxy, relaxed silhouette featuring a crew neckline and drop shoulders. Constructed with side seams, reinforced binding at the neck and shoulders, a double-stitched ribbed collar, and coverstitched cuffs and hem, every piece is built for structure and longevity. Heavy embroidery on the front and back is complemented by a custom metal sleeve logo.
How should I care for my apparel?
To best care for your apparel, wash it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak, rub, or wring. Wash with like-colored garments. Hang dry and avoid direct sunlight. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at a low temperature (max 30℃ or 90℉).
Do your clothes shrink?
All our apparel is pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage.
